📦 Return Policy

At krfashion.lk, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following carefully:

  • Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, it may be returned only for exchange, subject to verification.

  • A valid bill or invoice must be presented to process any return.

  • All returns must comply with the conditions stated in our Exchange Policy below.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges under these terms:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date the product is delivered.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unmodified, and kept in its original condition.

  • All tags and labels must remain attached to the item.

  • The original invoice is required for approval.

  • Once the exchange is approved, we will arrange a replacement at the earliest possible time.
